Back Orders
From time to time, some items may be temporarily out of stock but still available for purchase on back order. Placing a back order reserves the item for you and ensures it will be dispatched as soon as it becomes available.

Payment for Back Orders
Full payment is taken at the time of placing a back order to secure your item in our incoming stock. If you prefer, you may contact us to discuss alternative payment arrangements before ordering.

Cancellations
You may cancel a back order at any time before the item is shipped for a full refund. Once dispatched, our standard returns policy applies.

Multiple Items
If your order contains both in-stock and back-ordered items, we may ship them separately to avoid delays. In such cases, you will not be charged extra shipping fees for the split delivery.
